3. Order Acceptance, Review & Cancellation
Poiunmiue reserves the right to review, accept, place on hold, or decline an order submitted through our store. An order may be canceled when merchandise is unavailable, a transaction is identified for additional risk review, or an incorrect price results from a technical or administrative error. We may request additional verification before dispatching an order. If we cancel a transaction after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method. Product information, prices, availability, and promotional offers may be revised without advance notice.
4. Product Images, Descriptions & Catalog Information
We make reasonable efforts to present our kitchen products accurately through photographs, specifications, measurements, and written descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that every image, specification, or description will be completely free from inaccuracies or display variations. If an item received differs materially from the product presented on our website, the available remedy is to submit a request in accordance with our applicable return policy. 5. Pricing Errors & Corrections
If a product is displayed at an incorrect price because of a typographical mistake, administrative error, or technical malfunction, Poiunmiue is not required to complete the sale at that incorrect amount. When a pricing discrepancy is identified, we may suspend or cancel the affected order, notify the customer by email, and refund any amount already collected for the canceled transaction. We may correct inaccurate pricing information whenever such an error is discovered.
6. Product Availability & Delivery Timeframes
Availability information displayed on our website represents an estimated indication of inventory and fulfillment status rather than a guarantee of immediate shipment. Although we aim to process orders promptly, standard delivery may require up to 30 calendar days after payment has cleared, depending on the delivery destination, customs procedures, transportation conditions, and supply chain circumstances. Products shown as available may not always qualify for immediate dispatch. If merchandise becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify the customer by email, cancel the unavailable item, and issue the applicable refund.
